Firmory
Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Firmory (“Firmory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, downloading or using the Firmory application, or accessing a Firmory workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you use Firmory for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by Firmory's breach of these Terms or applicable law.
2. Workspaces, roles, and administrators
Workspace access is governed by assigned roles and settings. Administrators may invite or remove members, configure permissions and review flows, access workspace content, and manage the workspace. If you join an organization-controlled workspace, that organization may control your account within that workspace and its content.
3. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, Firmory grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended business purpose.
You may not access accounts or content without permission; bypass security or governance controls; disrupt the service; introduce malware; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law prohibits that restriction; use Firmory to violate law or third-party rights; submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content; or use automated means in a manner that unreasonably burdens the service.
4. Your content
As between you and Firmory, you retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Firmory a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and as otherwise directed by you or your workspace administrator.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and to allow its use within the applicable workspace. Workspace members may access and use content according to their roles and the organization's policies.
5. Connected and third-party services
Firmory may interoperate with AI tools and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and Firmory is not responsible for third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on or publishing it; outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose.
6. Firmory intellectual property and feedback
Firmory and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation, excluding your content. If you provide feedback, you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation, but you are not required to provide feedback.
7. Beta features and service changes
Preview, beta, or early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. We may update the service and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or prevention of harm. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practicable.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Firmory at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service becomes unlawful. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Workspace administrators may separately remove access under their organization's policies.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRMORY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT LIMIT WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRMORY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. FIRMORY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FIRMORY FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law identified in an applicable order form or enterprise agreement. If none applies, the governing law and forum will be determined under applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or exercising non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect when required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to contact@firmory.ai.
